MICROSCOPIC DYNAMISM

Ins​pired by nature and its microscopic properties, this light fixture looks into creating dynamic organic forms and a play on light and shadow. The forms are derived from plants. The patterns created allow light to pass through and shadows to be casted in the organic forms used. The picture uses leveling and layering of the forms to mimic the nature of growth and prosperity of humans and nature. No form in the light fixture is the same as the previous one, in an attempt to create a more dynamic and free flowing yet, controlled structure. The materials used as wood and chrome sheets that emphasize the effect. Different types of wood refer back to the idea of nature and the difference between every object, as no two can be the exact same.
